Welcome.
Situated close to Chester, Cheshire, Cotton Farm dates back to the early 19th century and comprises a large impressive farmhouse and original Victorian red brick barns. Part of the Duke of Westminster's Estate, Cotton Farm sits amongst 250 acres of farmland, approached by a long private drive and wide grassy verges.
Nigel and Clare Hill have lived at the farm with their family since 1986, extensively refurbishing the farmhouse and opening for bed and breakfast in 1997. This working Countryside Stewardship farm runs a flock of breeding ewes as well as beef cattle and 300 geese, all on beautiful pastureland.
Well kept and immaculate, the Hills invite you to experience a piece of rural Cheshire at its best.
