Welcome.
Situated in Cotton Edmunds close to Chester, Cheshire, Cotton Farm dates back to the early 19th century and comprises the large farmhouse and facing this, the original, Victorian, red brick barns. Part of the Duke of Westminster's Estate, Cotton Farm sits amongst 250 acres of farmland, approached by a long private drive and wide grassy verges.
Nigel and Clare have lived at the farm with their family since 1986, extensively refurbishing the farmhouse and opening for bed and breakfast in 1997. This working farm runs a large flock of breeding ewes as well as beef cattle and a flock of 300 geese from May to December, along with pastureland.
Well kept and immaculate, the Hills invite you to experience a piece of rural Cheshire at its best.
